Q&A: Are there really Christian organizations that let women “adopt” unused embryos from fertility clinics?

Question by Craigerz: Are there really Christian organizations that let women “adopt” unused embryos from fertility clinics?
I just saw this on CSI–they arrange for women to get other people’s unused embryos implanted inside them so that the embryos get carried to term? Please tell me the world hasn’t actually reached this level of insanity, and that it only exists on tv

Where do you stand on abortion and embryonic stem cell research?

EDIT: Quest girl, it does both; it definitely is for couples who can’t get pregnant naturally. It’s like IVF and adopting a baby combined. The couple has is screened and has a home study.
